H1N1 Info
Hello Everyone, The following high priority groups should consult with their healthcare provider to determine if they should get vaccinated: · Pregnant Women · Household contacts and caregivers of children younger than 6 months of age · Health care and emergency medical service personnel · Children and young adults ages 6 months through 24 years · Persons aged 25-64 years who have medical conditions which put them at risk for complications from influenza For those that do not have a health care provider, or in the event that a provider does not have the H1N1 vaccine, the Chicago Department of Public Health will offer free H1N1 vaccine as follows. Please see the attached letter dated October 19, 2009 from Dr. Terry Mason, Commissioner for the Chicago Department of Public Health, for more details: Dates and Times: a. Saturdays; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. b. Tuesdays and Thursdays; 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Locations: c. Kennedy King College, 6301 S. Halsted St.; d. Olive Harvey College, 10001 S. Woodlawn Ave.; e. Richard J.
